SUPPLEMENT ESTIMATE
5% of additional approved amount
We take the original estimate proved by the insurance company and write a supplement for additional scope of work or missing items based on information you provide.
Code upgrades, missing line items, line item notes for justification, changes to amounts or pricing changes.
We add sub-contractor bids and material invoices to your estimate for an accurate representation of costs incurred.
Roof sketch, Hover Report, ITEL reports, etc. are charged at our cost.
